A weekend of Music, Mindfulness and Meditation at Yarra Valley Living Centre
Resident harpist, Michael Johnson will be hosting an uplifting weekend music and meditation retreat.
Participants will be using music to aide mindfulness meditation, inspiring feelings of peace, calm and a deep sense of wellbeing. The program also includes music for mindfulness, interactive drum circle facilitated by Peta Minter, sacred chanting, music and movement and a meditative concert with Michael’s ensemble on Sunday afternoon.
Meals and accommodation provided (delicious organic plant-based wholefood meals, snacks & herbal teas).

Harp Meditations: with The Light Trio
This concert is part of the Music and Mindfulness Meditation retreat. The Gawler Foundation would like to open the invitation to members of the public who would like to attend the Concert.
Three of Australia’s premier instrumental musicians with backgrounds in world, classical and ambient jazz will be presenting a concert of original meditative compositions. The Light Trio produce extraordinarily beautiful sounds and textures from harp, piano, guitars, viola & violin. Featuring Michael Johnson (harp), David Jones (drums), Evri Evripidou (Bass) and Matthew Arnold (violin).
