Yes, all participants receive a drum or fun percussion instrument to play.

Our custom designed rhythm-events are a rapid process for group development. It encourages clear communication, deep listening, develop leaders, resolve conflicts and enhance connection.

Absolutely! We work closely with event planner to design a program that delivers your conference or program message and metaphors. We tailor each program for your specific needs and give examples to refer to. These experiences can relate to objectives of overall larger event, program, team or company.
The ideal set-up for our 60-90 minute team-building programs is full circle or concentric circles with one or two aisle ways, depending on how many participants. The drum circle space to be cleared of all tables, unless the event is a 15 minute energizer or ice-breaker, for which we have a dedicated program format.
For example room size for a team-building or group bonding 60-90 minute session for 80 participants is no less than 15 x 20 meters.
For a workplace wellness program all is needed is a board room size space (depending on how many participants) at your workplace or venue of choice.
When choosing the drum circle space, avoid abstractions such as pillars and lecterns blocking views. Please contact us for details.
Requesting a Team-Building Quote
Fill out enquiry form and email Peta. She will tailor a proposal and email it to you. More information she has about your event the better she can customise a quote that will suit your needs.
Peta has detailed questions about your event needs, so a 15 minute consultation phone call will do once you are happy with the quote.
Once Peta has all the information she will email you a custom designed program, including outcomes and objectives, event metaphors, logistics, setup and break down times. If you would like to discuss the event, please contact Peta, she is here for you.
The cost of a session depends on a number of factors, including the following:
- The type of program you prefer
- How many drums and percussion instruments you’ll need
- How many facilitators/drummers we provide
- Travel time, set-up/pack-up time and duration of rhythm-event
- PA system, microphone and sound engineer
As an example, a 60 minute team-building workshop “Celebrate” for 20 participants in Melbourne South East Suburbs costs upwards of $600.
Yes. Your 50 percent deposit will be forfeited if the event is cancelled within two weeks prior to the date of the event. If we receive notification of cancellation more than two weeks prior to the date of the event, your deposit will be refunded.
