We offer half day- to two-day retreats across Victoria that centre around wellness, mindfulness, creativity and healing. Our unique wellbeing retreats give you the opportunity to take time out, reconnect with yourself, relax your mind and energise your body and spirit.

Our professional facilitators are highly skilled holistic trainers utilising sound healing, music-making, life coaching, yoga, meditation and mindfulness, to get you feeling relaxed, in-the-moment, energised and refreshed.
